Living in the park
The district Berlin-Karlshorst has developed into a sought-after residential location in recent years and has thus undergone an enormous transformation. A particularly ambitious site project is the development of the Carlsgarten in terms of residential construction, which will contribute significantly to the growth and sustainable development of the whole district.
Vision
Around 100 apartments as well as commercial spaces are planned as a part of a five-part building ensemble on a park-like site of around 1.35 hectares. Each building appears as differentiated, up to 7-story individualist, which forms a connection and unity through its white-gray clinker facade, the playful arrangement of the windows and widely projecting balconies. There are penthouse apartments with green roof terraces on the top floor, each with generous living space and an incomparable view over the Berlin’s Carlsgarten residential area.
