Pepita courtyards

Water city

In the district Berlin-Spandau, in the water city Oberhavel, lies Berlin’s largest new residential quarter with over 1,000 apartments. The housing project was handed over to the state-owned housing companies Degewo and WBM by private developers, who were responsible for the realization of the entire construction project. A major project in exemplary cooperation. The first apartments were ready for occupancy in June 2018.

Sustainable housing

The focus is on the construction of a new residential complex with around 260 apartments in buildings number 2 and 4, with particular attention being paid to the economic and ecological design of the apartments. In addition to the creation of a total of approx. 76,000 sqm of living space, 2,000 sqm of playground areas will also be created and increase the attractiveness of the Pepita courtyards quarter, especially for families with children. In addition, 550 sqm of commercial space will ensure local supply and approximately 500 parking spaces in underground garages will relieve the surrounding streets of passive car traffic. A central car-free promenade divides the open spaces.
