Urban development consolidation
The newly built residential development connects to three surrounding street spaces with different orientations. It is divided as a building gap development into 3 individual building sections, which are oriented towards a common, green and protected inner courtyard area. The residential complex has 80 apartments with 2-4 rooms and a living space of approx. 75 to 145 sqm in total.
The high quality of the flats and the sensitive integration of the individual urban building blocks into the lively urban quarter result in a sustainable urban development solution. The design develops its defining parameters both vividly and logically. Economic and ecological features are integrated into a holistic, urban and architectural overall concept.
