Staggered houses
An ensemble of five similar, spatially staggered residential buildings was built not far from Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The staggering of the buildings among each other as well as their facades themselves causes the differentiated expression and thus moderate dimensions of the open spaces with their public, communal and private areas.
In front of the big city
The compactly designed apartment buildings contain a total of 154 spacious apartments, directly next to the historic village square of Alt-Schönefeld. The suburb, the nearby big city and the connection to the distant places oscillate in this project. Terminal 5 of Berlin-Brandenburg Airport is almost within walking distance.
