Urban learning landscape
A stone’s throw from the university campus of the Technical University of Berlin, an innovative new building is planned for the recognized FOM School of Economics & Management, which develops a precise and strong form in a heterogeneous and predominantly commercial urban environment. In the differentiated and flexibly designed building for 1,600 students, diverse aspects of sustainability with a special focus on low-tech solutions together with the creation of a modern learning landscape form the central aspects of the building project.
Economics & Management
Founded in 1991, the private FOM School of Economics & Management is one of Europe’s largest universities with over 57,000 students. Working professionals and trainees can complete bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at more than 30 university centers. With its part-time degree programs or programs that run parallel to company training, FOM sees itself as a complement to the German higher education landscape by ensuring the one quality of its degree programs and application-oriented research within the framework of target-group-oriented internationalization.
