The subject of the restricted competition for architects in cooperation with landscape architects is the upper secondary school biology physics chemistry Lise-Meitner-Schule in Berlin-Neukölln.

Sustainable competence center

The Lise-Meitner-Schule is the only upper-level school in the Berlin-Brandenburg area that covers the professional fields of chemistry, physics and biology and is considered a center of competence in the natural sciences. Due to the increased student numbers, the teaching and laboratory conditions are to be expanded and improved. The space program to be realized comprises a total usable area of approx. 10,000 sqm for the school building and approx. 1,200 sqm for the two-field sports hall.
